There are no rights or wrongs and no timeframe or way that people ‘should’ experience grief or loss.

It’s important to remember that grief is a normal process. You do not have to ‘move on’ or ‘get over’ grief or loss.

Grief is more common for youth than most people think, but because it’s not talked about much, they often feel alone in their grief.

Grief is normal. But if you feel trapped in your grief, it can be helpful to work through a program like this.

It can be helpful to remind yourself it’s common and normal to have strong reactions and impacts from grief. It does not mean there is anything wrong with you.

Grief and loss are a part of our human experience.
