Module 8

Dealing with setbacks

  • It’s ok to ask for help from others.

  • You can ask for help from your supports around you (family, friends).

  • Walk away and try some cool down activities rather than shouting or having an argument when you feel angry with a family member. Let your family member know what you need and how they can best support you.

  • It’s also important to think about whether more intensive help from professionals is best for you instead of an online program.

  • Talk to your GP (i.e., family doctor) about where to go for help. can ask for help from your supports around you, like family members and friends you trust.
