Dealing with setbacks

  • It’s ok to ask for help from others.

  • You can ask for help from your supports around you (family, friends).

  • It’s also important to think about whether more intensive help from professionals is best for you instead of an online program.

  • Talk to your GP (i.e., family doctor) about where to go for help. You can ask for help from your supports around you, like family members and friends you trust.

You are not alone on this journey. Reach out for support when you need.
