Why do this program?
It can be hard to deal with loss, whether recent or a long time ago. That’s why we have developed this program.
We recommend you do the 2 parts with a short break in between. We suggest that after you do the program you keep coming back to the website to continue using the ideas and worksheets. If you are finding the activities hard, you can try some of the ‘cool down activities’ or have a break any time while working through the website.
Sometimes it can feel like a hassle to do a program like this…maybe you’re not sure if you want to.
Most young people feel a lot better at the end of these kinds of programs, but it is okay if you don't. Not every program will work for every person, but you may learn something new. We suggest you keep an open mind and give it a go.
